Worst service experience ever
I took my Honda Civic to Vandergriff for state inspection, oil change, car wash/detail and had brake service done. I went online to renew my car registration and it stated that my state inspection was not done. I did my research and found out that Vandergriff Honda charged me for the service but never performed the work. I had to go see the Service Manager and get a refund on the state inspection. I took my Civic to another shop and got work completed.
I am seriously disappointed with my latest Ridgeline maintenance report. It has the appearance of merely promoting 'maintenance sales', completely lacking in credibility and honesty. That over $6,000.00 worth of maintenance and repair is recommended for a vehicle purchased at Vandergriff Honda and exclusively serviced there ever since, infers mediocre reporting of its true condition over the past 5 years, or a vain attempt to screw me now.
The front mudguard fell off right after I drove out of the service center. It had a couple of screws missing. Could have been easily detected during the PDI and corrected. Poor service overall.
