Car was taken from the dealership so no further services were done
Didn't take care of the car
They waited until right before closing to call me with a status update. They didnt have the parts to fix a known issue with my van (sliding door sticking). I showed up when the van was finished, paid, and had to wait an hour and a half before they drove the van up. Disorganized and unprofessional. If you can go somewhere else for your auto service, go. Dont use Vandergriff Honda.
A 3 plus hour wait for express service.
They didnt take care of what they promised and took note of very poor
Poor service never again will I take it in for service
They are the biggest liar in the area. They told me 3 free maintenance at the sale but they never applied. They said I have to get a written. Paper about promotion.
