There were good and bad things about our experience. First was that we set an appointment, our initial sales rep was caught up on another deal. Understandable, the new sales rep we got was nice but seemed to be new and was unable to answer some of our questions. I purchased a new Santa Cruz on august 5th. BEWARE! ! Made the mistake of giving out my personal contact info. I get 3-4 calls daily, multiple text messages, and periodic emails. I’ve asked 3 times to be removed from their database…with no luck. This dealership is okay with incessant harassment.

Absolutely appalling experience. This is what gives car dealers a bad name!! Tried desperately to seriously rip me off, kept jacking around numbers, I could go on for hours. Thank GOD I didn't buy from them!

Good repairs, poor communication. The techs on the floor know their stuff, but almost impossible to get information in a timely or relevant manner without calling every day, sometimes multiple times.

Initially refused to honor THEIR price that was listed online. Attempted to add 10% to online price. Then, the car was loaned out when we arrived to pick it up. Then, tried to add on bogus warranties and three years of oil changes in exchange of raising sale price by 10%. Finally, odometer was off by over 1000 miles over advertised ad. Highest price of Palisades in the nation. Overcharging MSRP by ~$5,000. They told me it’s because it’s a popular car, so they can. Use a different dealership. Most others aren’t doing this.

They damaged my sun visor AND forgot to screw on the cover back on after replacing my transmission. Careless!

Incompetent. Horrible. Claimed you put in a new transmission but it was refurbished. Damaged the car, didnt screw the cover back on after removing it to replace the transmission, then after paying for a new transmission, the car stopped FOUR days later. Then when we returned, you only gave an excuse and asked for an additional $600. Shameful.

The add on's to the final sale price are ridiculous. They quote a price on the sales floor but once you hit the finance room other numbers appear. They wouldn't take my outside finance.
