Seemed like they would be helpful sent me a video message. I asked for pictures of the frame to see if it was rusty because it was originally a NY truck and I’m searching for a rust free truck. I was transferred to 3 different sales associates none of which would send me any pictures. Then the sales manager emailed me asking if he could assist I told him I was looking for pictures but no one has sent any. He never replied.

I had an out the door deal done for a new SantaFe on Friday with an apt for Saturday morning to complete the sale... On Saturday morning they RAISED the price $3000 before I got to the dealership. Will never shop here again.

There were good and bad things about our experience. First was that we set an appointment, our initial sales rep was caught up on another deal. Understandable, the new sales rep we got was nice but seemed to be new and was unable to answer some of our questions. I purchased a new Santa Cruz on august 5th. The truck was not ready at the time of purchase. After a few phone calls back and forth they did deliver the truck four days later on august 9th. BEWARE! ! Made the mistake of giving out my personal contact info. I get 3-4 calls daily, multiple text messages, and periodic emails. I’ve asked 3 times to be removed from their database…with no luck. This dealership is okay with incessant harassment.

Absolutely appalling experience. This is what gives car dealers a bad name!! Tried desperately to seriously rip me off, kept jacking around numbers, I could go on for hours. Thank GOD I didn't buy from them!

Good repairs, poor communication. The techs on the floor know their stuff, but almost impossible to get information in a timely or relevant manner without calling every day, sometimes multiple times.

Initially refused to honor THEIR price that was listed online. Attempted to add 10% to online price. Then, the car was loaned out when we arrived to pick it up. Then, tried to add on bogus warranties and three years of oil changes in exchange of raising sale price by 10%. Finally, odometer was off by over 1000 miles over advertised ad. After four hours and threatening to walk out twice, we got the car we wanted at the price THEY listed in two different websites.
