I did not end up buying from Vandergriff because they couldn't get to the price I wanted, but I appreciated their honesty in telling me what they could and could not do and quick responses to my emails. They didn't try to play games and they didn't try to throw competing dealerships under the bus like other salespeople did. Bernardo Aguayo and Lee Allen are a credit to the dealership.
Worst dealership I've ever experienced. Will never go back there. Hynduai is great, but never trust these crooks again. Go to a different dealership.

Beware of deceptive business practices! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Vandergriff Hyundai. I purchased a vehicle in early March 2025, put down a $3,000 down payment, and was fully approved through financing. Over a month later, the lender backed out of the deal (not my fault), and I was forced to return the vehicle to the dealership. I have long been extremely unhappy with the service department. I had my older model Hyundai towed here because it would not start. They had my car for over a week, charged me over $900 and two days late my car is hesitating to start and the check engine light is back on. Not happy at all.

I inquired about a loaner vehicle to the service advisor he stated there were none available, and I would be put on a waiting list, Monday through Thursday no response re loaner vehicle. Transmission issue was not resolved . Vehicle was not washed, however, I was provided a card for an off site drive through wash.

I should have looked at the reviews before starting the car-buying process from this dealership. It was quite literally the worst experience I have ever had. It started off great; I found a great car for a great price, and they even let me take the car for a few days for free to see if I really wanted it. Did whatI needed price high every time I go in there no matter what I am charged at least $1000 this time my manager special oil change went from $99 and before I left I spent $1000

Liars and cheats, finance office are thieves. Had a deal, then they changed the overall price and hide absurd maintenance package and service xx in the fine print after taking out in negotiations. Just trash human beings I would never send anyone here or shop here ever again. This is why the dealership model needs to be outlawed 3150 in theft flat out
