I bought my dream car here, unfortunately, this place is full lying and scamming jerks. I brought my car in to have a detailed because I bought their "ZAKTEK paint protection package" it took them three days to complete the cleaning and now there is a nice ding on the car that was not there before and no one will return my calls. They also do not honor their extended warranty package once you buy it. STAY AWAY!

Very crooked! They have taken advantage of our daughter and tried to charge $5000 more than what the warranty allows for an engine replacement. Tom Vandergriff would be ashamed of how unethically managed this establishment has become.

This place has the worst service department. The service representatives are rude, call you about your car and get sarcastic and/or have an attitude with you for asking questions. Went in for a simple brake change in June 2023 (brand new cars should not need a brake change), that turned into the car having brake system failure which they just called spongy brakes! they didn't even put lojack on my car shitty ass dealership that scammed me and then didn't even put all the features in they PROMISED WERE THERE PLEASE AVOID THIS DEalership at all cost and on a real note there snacks are pretty gross not a big deal compared to them scamming and adding more apr than your credit says you deserve and make you pay 2times the price you negotiated on and wont show you the price they changed after

I'd rather cover myself in honey and lay in an ant bed than return to this dealership. do NOT go unless you want blatantly lied to and scammed. they were not honest about what banks approved the car loan, sold a car with a broken wireless charger and couldn't even be bothered to fill the tank before it left the lot. you're better off at the chevy dealership next door.

I leased a 2020 Sonata from Vandergriff in July 2020. Poor service experience: I experienced long wait times (3 hours) for scheduled maintenance appointments. I also experienced pushy calls about my lease ending despite expressing my intent to buy out the current lease. Buyout process issues: The buyout quote online from Hyundai Motor Finance (HMF) was around $13,500 (not including TTL), but the dealership quoted $17,500-$18,500. **Vandergriff Hyundai in Arlington ***I bought a used vehicle from this dealership and I did not know the splash guard was missing. The car was less than 6 months from purchased and it needed battery. I have never received service on my car. I was told that the splash guard is missing and it's recommended to put one. My concern is, if dealership mechanic recommend to have a splash guard, why didn't the dealership emphasize that the splash guard is missing. My opinion is that they're sneaky.

Look at their yelp reviews first!!! Not recommended! They had my dream voodoo blue 4runner. Started inquiring about it online and had a trade. Valued my trade on their site and it said 17768.00 cool I know that's a quote. Once we got in contact with a sales rep we sent in all a ton of pictures and were told 17000 unseen but will probably go up. In hindsight I should've looked at the reviews of the dealership before coming in, because they were all accurate. Your sales manager Rick is pushy, disrespectful, condescending, dishonest, and will do anything in his power to make a buck.
