Audrey is the best!!! I found the exact color and trim online and was able to get all my questions answered prior to driving over from out of state. They had the car ready upon arrival. We spent about an hour total at the dealership and left very happy. We got exactly what we wanted at a very good price. We love our new car thank you so much!!

I'm not sure how this dealership got so many bad reviews. I went there today and had an excellent experience. I made an appointment and was promptly greeted by Audrie who was warm, friendly and knowledgeable. I knew the exact car I wanted and their price was $2000 less than the other 3 dealerships I had visited. I walked out of there 3 hours later having purchased the exact car I came for. This kind of dealership is why the industry has a bad reputation...They have a mandatory reconditioning fee of 2998$ on used cars.Then LoJack for 1000 and document fee and other mandatory addons..To top that they don't know how to treat a sales conversation without getting Rude and obnoxious..They insist on selling on payments rather than a out the door price..

The service Director Moe I thought was gonna be cool but ended up really disappointing me he would never give information of my car he would never answer calls and lie saying he would call us and send messages but always bull*hits he is a liar and just terrible to work with he should be ashamed of himself Then when he finally called me he yelled at me and saying in a rude tone and I was mad ofc because the whole time for a few weeks of calling and texting and constant lying and bullshitting about my car He wants to point f... read more

horrible dealership to work with they are very deceiving and will scam you. Won't send you paper work and fail to disclose information of who you are financing with even though they said they would give it you you once you picked up the truck ( which has not even been driven off the lot !!!) Sales agent was Angel and manager was Demarcus No longer responding calls or text messages. They a have not been able to fix the truck that is being financed and was supposed to be ready 2 weeks ago ! Take your business elsewhere !!... read more

Bought a certified used car. In six months the evic said it needed a oil change and the air filter was filthy.

Similar experience as others. Went down to look at a used truck. After running numbers they come back with around $6k of addons to original sticker price. They said they were mandatory addons. We also had a trade in and I had already done a Kelly blue book trade in to get a rough estimate of value prior to going in. After they did their appraisal it was like half of what I had already did. If I could give this dealership a 0, I would. Their customer service is terrible and they lack integrity. My daughter found a car she wanted, and I tried negotiating a rate with the dealership. They offered a discount, but when the agreement was sent, it was $800 less than promised. Despite this, we decided to proceed. On our way to pick up the car from Austin, I texted the salesperson for the Carfax and said see you soon. Near Waco, the salesperson called to say the car had been sold. Avoid. They still work the good ole "bait & switch" game. Found the truck we wanted online, reached out and was responded to pretty much immediately. That was the only positive. Scheduled a time to come and test drive the next day- they bombarded us with emails, texts and phone calls about the set appointment. For 4:30pm. After rushing to get to appointment, salesman informs us that the truck is "in transit", not on the lot. With no way to track it. No information on where it is transporting from. Nothing.
