If I could give zero stars I would. worst dealership ever. They are so unprofessional and tacky. They do want they want with your car and I've had issues with integrity on multiple occasions. I highly do not recommend anyone bringing their car here.

They sold me a car that broke down after 2 months and they didn't fix the issue!!! I had to pay for towing n repairs myself!!! They said they could help me out with the town charge lol DONT DO IT!!! So unprofessional

Worst sales experience I've ever had. I wish I would have done business else where. Bought a used truck and feel scammed. Manager said they'd send me a second key and still have never received. I call and get the round about and nobody takes accountability. Take your money ANY where else. I am currently trying to SELL the truck I bought there due to a real dealer inspecting it and finding horrendous issues. Talk about a lemon and zero professionalism. had a person commit fraud and forge our signature onto another paper we did not agree to because he wanted a commission in the end the dealership only gave us what we payed for and will not fix the many many problems with the truck, do not go here terrible experience

Would give -5 stars. This place is unbelievably unprofessional and the WORST experience I've ever had with any car place. We dropped our car off aug. 29th- picked it up sept. 21st. Repeatedly EVERY time they called with an update I asked them to email me everything they will be doing to my car- NEVER got anything. The day before I picked up the service lady told me $2,000 extra from what I was originally told- I said that's not right and she said she would get me someone who knows more, was left on hold for 20 MINUTES!!!! All of the negative review on here is true, I can't believe it because the first time we went it was doing okay but we weren't signing paper till tomorrow. Come back to purchased a different higher trim vehicle, the manager Rick try to throw in shady deal add-on that can't be taken out. Come to buy cash car no finance, he want all that cash as down payment and finance the adds-on. I got to applaud him for that out of the ass thinking though. They advertise a price of a car then add a $3,900 processing fee and tell you it's non-negotiable. They also pressure to purchase a plus package that is $13k. The car we drove from Ft Worth look at was almost double the price from what was advertised. Negotiations were the worst!! Took us over 5 hours to make a deal. Once done, rep gave us the keys and said "thanks". We had to go find the car parked in the lot and it was miserable hot. Unprofessional sales rep who didn't know how to spell or speak proper grammar. Terrible Experience with Prearranged Pricing I had a prearranged out-the-door price for a car and had set up an appointment in advance. However, the entire process turned out to be extremely frustrating and disappointing. The first time the salesperson came back, the price was $20,000 over the agreed amount due to added accessories. I went to the Vandergriff Hyundai dealership last week on Monday and test drove a Hyundai Palisade. I noticed a warning light on the dash for the headlight and informed my sales consultant and she advised she noticed it too. I liked the vehicle and was ready to purchase the vehicle. I was informed by the sales consultant that I would not leave the lot without the issue being fixed because it was a safety issue.
