The vehicle is fine, but that dealership is trash!! They made a mistake with the paperwork for the two days I was there. Then 30 days later they call saying I didn't pay the down payment and it's holding up my title and tags. No you didn't collect it idiots and the paperwork said I paid it!! Beware of deceptive business practices! I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience with Vandergriff Hyundai. I purchased a vehicle in early March 2025, put down a $3,000 down payment, and was fully approved through financing. The customer service team responded and asked me to reach out to them to "solve the problem", so I did. And...nothing! They have not responded at all. They send the same response to everyone who leaves a bad review, and then they don't actually follow up. If I could give 0 stars to this place, I would. I wish I would have done my homework. This dealership is the worst. Steer clear. Took car in for an oil leak inspection 5 days later my skid plate fell off going down the highway. Took it back to them and they tried to blame everyone else and then tried to charge me $350 to replace it. I immediately left the dealership and went to a different one. I wish I would've looked at the reviews before doing business here. First off, I have my current lease through this place. Hyundai finance doesn't allow any 3rd party to pay out your lease. (Example, Carvana) Second, I wanted to try to buy my car that is currently in a lease. I have 9 months left on my 36 month lease. They will not be flexible with your lease contract or work with you if you want to buy it. They want to juice every penny they can from you. Can there be negative star rating! This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with a service department. Completely incompetent. Our Hyundai Palisade has been nothing but issues since 40k miles, which is where the factory warrant would normally be out for electronics but we did buy the extended only because we were told by the finance department that Hyundai doesn't tell anyone that there supposedly great warranty does not cover anything electronic after the 3-36 warranty. Sleezy car salesmen! They are liars and don't value people's time. What a waste, they tell u anything just to get u in the dealership and once ur there they try to sell u on a bunch of BS they had agreed not to do already. Wish I could leave 1 star

Texted the sales guy Hassan and asked about a vehicle and he assured that it was there. Got to the dealership and was told the car was sold. On top of that he sold another vehicle that we were looking at and did not even have the balls to come back to his desk and tell us he sent another sales man to tell us. I would not recommend this sales guy or dealership.

This dealership cannot be trusted. Kept adding fees, lies after lies. Claim they don't keep online quotes, total BS to deal with. This dealership gives Hyundai a bad name. Go somewhere else to buy ... I'll never deal with these crooks again.
