Jan 3, 2025-Jan 9,2025 * I took my vehicle back to Vandergriff Hyundai because my brake lights and interior lights would not go off after the car was turned off. The lights being on all night drained my battery. I didn't want to risk this happening again, at work or anywhere else, other than my home. I had the battery jumped in order to drive it to the dealership. * The Service Representative checked the vehicle in and told me a multi-point inspection would be performed, and he would let me know what the results were. I ... read more

Service department honoring warranty's is like pulling teeth. Told me my engine was leaking oil , and showed a picture that they had taken. Oil pan had normal amount of dirt and grime on it .Then wanted about $700 bucks to change the gasket. Brought to two other dealerships that disagreed. Hundai Tucson falling apart with snap on plastic parts. Finally traded car in to a different dealership for an RX350. Vandergriff fights not to honor warranties beware. Car was eight years old with 63,000 miles using a quart every thousan... read more

I've hesitated for quite some time to write this review, hoping that Hyundai and Vandergriff Hyundai would make things right, but unfortunately, after numerous frustrating interactions, I feel compelled to share my experience. I purchased a used 2020 Hyundai Palisade in October 2023. The first red flag appeared right at the point of sale. I had seen the car online and the pictures looked fine. When I visited the dealership, it was nighttime, so I did my best to inspect the vehicle. I noticed some minor scratches, which I un... read more

I'd love to say they have excellent customer service but they scammed me out of $385 and failed to diagnose my car. Then they wouldn't give me a refund. My car actually has more problems now then when I brought it in. 0 out of 10 don't recommend

I dropped off my Kona for a warranty repair on the turbo charger. I was then informed that it would be $3800 as warranty would not pick it up. After I pressed them and indicated I'd simply pick the car up all of a sudden now the warranty would cover it under "good will". Not sure why it was "good will" when the warranty is the warranty but I'd wager that they waited on the paperwork (the warranty was expiring) and were initially denied. I inquired about a loner initially and was told I only get a loner if it was under ... read more

@josh. I wish I could believe you, but your response is exactly the same thing you have sent to others who have issues at this dumpster fire of a dealership so I question your sincerity and wether your management really gives a shit. As I am sure you know Vandergriff has a reputation for being a clown car full of charlatans. Funny how dealerships that take care of their customers have customers for life (I have bought 5 cars from Sewell and my personal cars will always come from Sewell) and dealerships like your go after th... read more

Do not ever take your car here to get serviced, First I got my car serviced here and they gave me a loaner vehicle for the day, this car never left my job and they had the nerve to try to charge me damages to the mirror. Then I had to bring it back today on 11/26/2024 and they gave me a loaner car for the day needless to say I brought the loaner car back at 4:30 to my car not finished not my service person Nathaniel Richards said go to the waiting area and he would come get me when the car was finished. I waited until 6:45 a... read more

Im not surprised by the low reviews. I should have checked this before trying to buy. Short story, spoke to salesman on a used truck a couple of times over the phone, made a deal, I asked before running my credit how we can lock this truck in and take it off market. Was told not necessary they will put a under contract on it. Credit scores pushing 800s and they disappear for two days when I say I'm putting 50% down. Left voicemails to salesman and manager without return calls, call from a new number and salesman answers and ... read more

Scam dealership engages in bait and switch techniques. They are advertising a 2017 vehicle on car gurus for $16,891. When you arrive at the dealership they won't honor the price and add $1,000 to that, then claim that they need an additional mandatory fee of $2,795 for "reconditioning". Out the door, they want a minimum of $22,395 for a car advertised for $16,891. That is to say nothing of the other fees that they consider optional. They claim the car is worth $20,360, but they are willing to give you a "deal" of $17... read more
