Bad experience with this dealership I bought a Camry from Vandergriff recently , the sales man Kirby Jackson before delivering the car gave only one key . Next I found the basic accessories are missing in the car i don't expect this from a big dealer like this .
Vandergriff Toyota is unethical and thiefs. I purchased a car from this dealership. When I had decided on the car I wished to purchase I was presented with a $6,000 plus fee that I did not agree to. Only after I demanded to know what the additional fee was for was I told it was for a maintenance program. I was not asked if I wanted the program. It was automatically added to the purchase price. Broke things on my car purposely Don't take your vehicle here for service! They'll probably just break things when you go in for a standard oil change or tire rotation, so that they can try to charge you more money! I had a tire rotation and suddenly have a busted strut that was leaking fluid everywhere when I left their shop - and they "didn't notice" that it was busted. LONG oil change I took my car into for a simple oil change and was told it would take 1 hour, 2 1/2 hours later, I inquired about my car, It had been sitting in the back and others that had come in after me had come and gone with their oil change. I ask if next time I could make an appointment and was told by Minh Kelley that I could not, that I would just need to come on a slower day??? I was there on a Wednesday and thought that was the slow day?? I am a working lady and can not sit at the dealership all morning for an oil... read more
