As always Faith was outstanding!
I had called and made an appointment at Vandergriff Toyota, but when I showed up at my appointment time, no one had a record of my appointment. However, they still managed to service my car that day (despite clearly being very busy with many customers!). I had to wait 4-5 hours, but it was in a large and comfortable waiting room with access to water bottles. I must say that I'm very thankful for the gift of free access to Carfax!!! :)

The service advisor was excellent.
Got 4 new tires. On the way home, noticed a tire pressure warning on front driver's side tired. It was 35. Had to be home so couldn't go back to dealership. The next morning the pressure was 23. Went to the dealership and was told it was just that the tire sensors have to "learn." Well, it must have been a slow learner because the other three were fine. Service was outstanding, as planned vehicle was ready !
Our car had a minor repair that was needed before driving. Mike Hill met us outside and assured us this could be completed in a short period and we were soon off in our repaired car. Great service!
