Don’t trust ! I regret to buy the first car at your dealer. I came to your dealer and asked about the college graduation rebate. The dealeship insists you buy the paint protection plan Both Vandergriff Toyota and Honda insist you but the paint protection plan or no deal. You have to come back to dealership every 6 months of the warranty is voided. To have tried to buy two different vehicles and did refused the buy the useless paint protection plan. I walked in and everyone was too busy to day any thing to me. There were too different types oc music blasting st sales office and in the waiting area.
Sold me a car with a bad tire and would not replace The title pretty much sums it up. My wife and I went to look at a used Prius the night before and test drove the car. We noticed the tire pressure monitoring system indicated that one of the tires was low before starting, but the Sales Agent continued with the test drive. Air bag & sidedoor recall After taking over a year to order the air bag and now the side doors recall, they finally fixed it, but one day after the fix, the side door does not work. So what is the problem, the fix parts or the dealership.
customer service terrible I was told 2 weeks initially. It took 3 months to get fixed. I never got a phone call or estimate or anything. The service advisor was always out to lunch. When, I did get a response he blamed Toyota. I went to a competitor and talked to him. Within 5 minutes, I got a estimate on my car that was not in his service center. The service advisor was Lazy and incompetent.
Alignment Took my 2015 Tundra in because it was pulling to the right. I made an appointment on Saturday, 9/9 and they had me in and out in 1 hour. Monday, when I got back on the highway to come to work, I noticed it was still pulling to the right. Not as hard as before, but still not right. I emailed my service advisor, and she said bring it back and they would check at no cost to me. I took off work early from Dallas and waited a little over 2 hours. Customer service I bought a car from Vandergriff Toyota feel I got fair price till the transmission went out after 11 days. They said get it to them and they would take care of it so I had it towed from Rockwall to Arlington the next day. Got the run around from that point on. They had my money and my car for 26 days. Only one person could talk to me about my car and she only worked half days then went on vacation and was passed to someone else. Buyer's Remorse love my Camry purchase this week, but am definitely having buyer's remorse!! After I got home, I still had my Vandergriff Toyota website up. I had come in and as it may happen a lot of course, I was flipped to another car with a higher payment! You know, the 'ol bait and switch I think the state calls it! lol At any rate, when I got home the car I was switched to (and the one I purchased) was online for thousands less!!!!! Ouch.....:(:(
