Had to despite the fact I had a firm appointment. Was told my service advisor would be with me, but after waiting 30 minutes, I approached a service person who told me my scheduled advisor was not working that day. However, the service person responded promptly and my car was taken care of. I attempted to get in touch with my service advisor after arriving home, but he did not respond. I also spoke by phone with a service person who told me he would get back to me, but did not. This happened twice.
