Buyer Beware! Read Everything on the Paperwork. I purchased a car from them (BIG MISTAKE). They did three hard pulls on my credit report lowering my score. I just recently found out that the car I thought I had purchased for 4.5 years turns out to be a 75 month contract. I spoke with the manager today and he came up with some kind of lame duck excuse stating that I was told about this before I went to financing. Toyota (doesn't) Care I've had horrible customer service there. There's been times I've showed up before the service center closes only to be told they can't help me and I should bring it back another day. The day before New Years one of my tires was real low and I took it in to air it up since they are filled with Nitrogen and that's the only place I can do it. Beware of Hidden Charges. SCAM! First, they sold me prepaid warranty even though my car had the factory warranty. Second, they refinanced my loan, increased the interest rate. Third, applied to each and every bank thus resulting in 12 hard pulls on my credit. Sold the car at a price way above than posted.
Horrible experience!!! That was very unacceptable I would never come back to vandergrift Toyota again. No one seems to care about they jobs or the customers. i buy car from them prosper bankesie was worse sales person over there. after selling me car he even dont make the car ready and car was full of dust and stain. when i brought car after waiting for 2 hrs the cars dont even have floor mats and user manual.
disappointing service experience Took my Prius in for a scheduled warranty service on the headlight issue set up by one of your reps. Sat there for two hours only for him to tell me they did not have the part. I had asked for a State inspection as well and got that but could have done that elsewhere in lot less time. Engine dead ONE mo later/Unauthorized credit inquiries!! I bought a car Jan 4, and Feb the car stopped on me in the middle of nowhere...and needed an entire engine. Yes, it was used. But the sales guy assured me they did a 32 point check on the car, and they couldn't sell me a car that needed major work (engines/transmissions etc) like mom & pop car lots can, because they are a corporation, and blah blah blah. Fraud Went to check out a used Tundra. When saw the truck it had hail damage on it that was not advertised anywhere on the website. Clean carfax - So the dealership did not report it to carfax either. After multiple back and forth they decided to fix the hood but not the roof.
