BAD EXPERIENCE I traded in a old car almost a year ago and bought a new one. I get a call and text today from the GM / Owner, Charlie Evans, accusing me of running mu trade-in through the car wash. Upon realizing it wasn't me he refused to apologize and threatened me. Ask yourself this....is this the type of person you want to do business with?
Almost a good deal I bought online I will not buy from them again. I purchased a 2019 Sienna with about 24k miles. Vehicle is in good shape. But when delivered it only had one smart key. Those keys are expensive and there was never any mention of a missing key before the buy. Then I discover it was delivered with a nail in the tire. Got conned with a used car with engine problems 2 weeks after i bought a used car i experienced engine problems. The dealership would not pay to fix them. After experiencing more problems with the car i decide to go back and trade it in, only to be low-balled with the trade in value and over charged for the price of the new car. Delivery scam I think Go in find a vehicle you want they tell you they have a bank to finance it or so they say it's financed you sign all the paperwork, shake hands and leave, days later they tell you the bank wants to give you a discount and you need to fill out more paperwork. when you get there you find out that it wasn't financed so to going to another bank and a raise the interest rates and then they do it again after that or they attempt to!
Liars! The ABSOLUTE worst dealership! Texted a salesman regarding a vehicle I was interested in. He showed me 1 price and it seemed too good to be true, but I asked 3x! And he said it was the price. I had my financing in order, ready! I get to the dealership which is over an hour away. I get there. Do the paperwork. Then all the sudden it was the wrong price. HORRIBLE Salesmen and the service department is just as bad. Being a senior woman, totally taken advantage of from the sales department. I will take the lies to my grave. 2014 Nissan Maxima wasn't even cleaned properly at pickup, Battery needed replacing within a month! And the list goes on.
Provided with false information within minutes of ariving i went to this dealership looking to purchase a used vehicle. The salesman asked if he could check my credit score and I informed him he did not need to because it would show as a hard inquiry on my credit report.. The salesman informed me that it would just be a soft inquiry and wouldn't show on my credit so I agreed for him to check it. Total Scam And Rip-off I have purchased Toyota Camry SE from this dealership, and the Finance person and the sales person have totally scammed me. poor support after purchae I purchased a 2016 Maxima almost three weeks ago. I was told by the salesman Jim Westbrook that the vehicle passed a 21 point inspection. He also promised me that a clear coat had been applied to the paint on the vehicle. Delivery of the vehicle was poor at best.
