Just bought a new 2026 Camry LE from Michael Stinnett, best car buying experience I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable about the product, no hassle, no back and forth over prices. I told what I was looking for and how much I could afford. We were able to narrow it down, trim, color, and availability. Within three hours the deal was done and I was driving the car home.
Had bad experience two times with the same advisor. When i serviced the car with other advisor i did not have any issues. We went for service ( tire rotation or oil change ) that comes with manufacturer warranty and agreed on that and signed. When i signed there was no tire alignment on paper that i signed but when i came later he says i agreed for tire alignment and i signed it. Truck has 29000 miles and due oil change. Had to pay for oil change that is supposed to be free and come with a list of other checks that did not get done. Air filter has not been checked ( dust still all over cover indicating no one touched it) tires were supposed to be rotated ( doubt that happened) make me wonder if the oil filter was changed. I brought my vehicle in at 9:00 AM on a Saturday for two issues: 1. A dashboard message that says “Maintenance Required Soon” 2. A right rear door handle that fell off the first time it was ever used, which appears to be a manufacturing defect. When I arrived, the first employee I spoke with told me they wouldn’t have anyone available to work on the door handle until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week, and that I would need to leave and come back. Bad experience from the false advertising, the service tech Mauricio, the cashier(s) Mariah, to his boss Abel trying to be sympathetic but not problem solving my issues. I recently had taken one of our vehicles to be serviced with the promotional oil change offer that was advertised. While it was explained that the initial estimate was $59.99, Mauricio had mentioned that if more quarts of oil was needed, it would be an additional cost.
