Just bought a new 2026 Camry LE from Michael Stinnett, best car buying experience I’ve had. He was very knowledgeable about the product, no hassle, no back and forth over prices. I told what I was looking for and how much I could afford. We were able to narrow it down, trim, color, and availability. Within three hours the deal was done and I was driving the car home.

I brought my vehicle in at 9:00 AM on a Saturday for two issues: 1. A dashboard message that says “Maintenance Required Soon” 2. A right rear door handle that fell off the first time it was ever used, which appears to be a manufacturing defect. When I arrived, the first employee I spoke with told me they wouldn’t have anyone available to work on the door handle until Tuesday or Wednesday of the following week, and that I would need to leave and come back. I have been a regular customer at this location; however, the level of service has declined significantly. Given the cost of the services, I was prepared to wait over three hours, which I had anticipated. My primary concerns are as follows: During the service, my second floor mat was removed and discarded without my consent. I was told it was done for “safety concerns” and that it could not be retrieved. If there was an issue, it could have been placed on the passenger side or rear seat instead of being thrown away. I recently purchased a 2023 Toyota Tundra SR5 from Carvana and brought it to Vandergriff Toyota for a comprehensive service. I approved all recommended services without hesitation and paid over $1,600 for the work. Unfortunately, my experience following the service has been very disappointing. My vehicle was left outside during a well-anticipated hailstorm, resulting in visible damage—specifically, a dent on the hood and multiple dents on the roof. I will not be returning to this location again. They have horrible customer service. My service advisor was very short and when I asked him questions - he was not very helpful. They do not have a shuttle- even tho when scheduling thru the app, they ask you if you need a shuttle. They give you a $25 uber voucher - which was enough to get me to work (5miles away) but did not cover the ride back to pick up my vehicle.
