My family and I loved working with him. He was a wonderful active listener and generous in so many ways when my daughter was not feeling well. I highly recommend him. His service was exceptional. I received great service from Jim Cartwright in the I received great service from Jim Cartwright in the service department. I was smelling gas coming from my car and he explain to me what the problems could be after checking. Jim made sure that I had transportation home and kept in touch with me during the process. There were two recalls on the car and both of the gas pumps needed to be replaced. I was not charged for anything. On top of that I received a gift card for a free car wash.
