Great customer service! I was in a time crunch to get the deal made due to my work schedule. They did a fantastic job making sure to have all paperwork and everything ready to go before I arrived to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Highly recommend these guys.

Over the top! Vandergriff Toyota goes way over the top in customer service. I always have a great experience there. All of the staff is very attentive. I will continue being a loyal customer.

Ask for CJ! By the grace of God I ended up at Vandergriff Toyota with CJ as my salesman. He was prompt, courteous and didn't use the typical back and forth sales tactics. I live 4 mins from Toyota of Dallas and won't be caught giving those crooks my time or money. CJ and I made a deal within an hour of stepping foot at the dealership. Extremely average experience My salesman was quiet and offered no background on the car or knowledge of the (non-Toyota) make and model. The carfax was suffficient for background info, and the negotiating process was expectedly hostile. They tried to add the costs of them detailing it ($1400?!) to the sticker price, I didn’t pay a dime of it, they will back off but adding that borders on false advertising. In & out quickly and efficiently I've been going to Vandergriff Toyota for my service for several years now and have always had a good experience. Luis Viloria got me on my way and also diagnosed several upcoming issues that need attention on my 11 year old Toyota. After missing a scheduled service appointment(due to medical emergency)for these items Luis took care of getting me back in quickly.

AMAZING I couldn't be happier with my experience at Vandergriff Toyota, so much so, after buying my wife a new Toyota Sienna, I turned around 3 months later and bought a new Toyota Camry. The staff, environment, and entire experience is extremely welcoming and not at all pushy. I don't think I can ask for a better experience. Thank you so much for the HASSLE FREE interest rate AND payment that I was set on. They truly work with you, and care about your needs.

Amazing! Debbie Ryno is the best with her great smile and always a great service. I have purchased 3 cars from this dealership in past 5 years. I have enjoyed the waiting area with it's free internet access and free refreshments.
