Zaktak servicing Took my new car in at 3 months for the first Zaktak treatment. Great service! Faster than the 2-3 hours expected wait time. They elaso explained thoroughly what they were going to do to the interior and exterior of the car. It looks like I just took it off the lot

Excellent Customer Service. Very Pleased. I took my Toyota Corolla for service. I was assisted and advised by Luis Viloria (Assistant Service Manager). He was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I hope to continue working with him for my next car services.

Happy with the service advisor I too my car in for its 6 months check up and Debra Ryno was my Service Advisor. She was very helpful and pleasant to work with. She kept me informed and took very good care of me.

Service Experience Kevin Fitzgerald Kevin Fitzgerald met me with a smile at my car when I arrived at the dealership for routine service. My wait was comfortable. The waiting area was clean, had coffee and water available with clean restrooms in the area. When my car was ready, Kevin returned, sat down beside me and explained each part of the process clearly. Car buy and repairs with ease I spoke with Mike Hernandez over the phone and we set up a later afternoon appointment and ended up coming in early meeting Steve Aikins who did the test drive with me and showed me the car I was looking for and i had got my 300 chrysler in the amout of time they usually get people off the lot with their own car. Car service 30,000 service and reapply ZakTek Kevin Fitzgerald was my service manager. He was great, friendly, and very professional. Since I was also having the ZakTek reapply the time was a bit longer. However, pre making an appointment for Saturday is a must. Very please with Kevin and his help.
