Excellent Service! Eric Hill (and Thai Nguyen) provided us with phenomenal service that well beyond our expectations. They were patient, courteous, upfront and honest (which was BEYOND refreshing and appreciated). Car service 30,000 service and reapply ZakTek Kevin Fitzgerald was my service manager. He was great, friendly, and very professional. Since I was also having the ZakTek reapply the time was a bit longer. However, pre making an appointment for Saturday is a must. Very please with Kevin and his help.

xxxxx This dealership is awesome. Scheduled my appointment for my 2 year service. Arrived right on time, person came out to greet me, got my info and took me inside. I was there for a total of 1 1/2 hours to get the oil changed, tires rotated and learned I needed a new battery . Battery was at no charge since car was in warranty. I will always use Vandergriff Toyota for my car service in the future.

Great Place to do business My man Kevin Fitzgerald came to my vehicle the moment I pulled into the service center. He told me to would be about 75 mins for my 15k service to be completed so I waited. Fortunately it only took abt 30 mins so needless to say I was happy abt that. I've been coming here for many years and it's because of employees like Kevin Fitzgerald that I plan to keep doing business with vandergriff.

Scheduled Maintenance I brought my car in for a scheduled maintenance service. The Service Manager was Debra Ryno, she was professional and took care of everything. I like that she was genuine and straight forward with me, the people here are great, even though I live in another city/state, I'll remain a loyal customer to this location.
