car service Kevin Fitzgerald is my service advisor at Vandergriff Toyota. He is very helpful and polite. My 60,000 mile service on 3/22/18 took a little longer than expected but I had made plans to see a movie with a friend while waiting, so it worked out ok. Kevin kept me informed and I appreciate his kindness.

Excellent buying experience from jeff yoon I had good experience with vandergriff dealer shop which is recommended from my friend. I did not have any appointment and just walk in and dealer shop has very welcoming and did find a car what i wanted. Dealer jeff yoon was very helpful for buying process and made it easy. I so happy to shop at vandergriff toyata and higly recommanded jeff yoon !!!!!

Great service! Took my RAV 4 in for the 5,000 mile service. Kevin Fitzgerald was very helpful and considerate of my time. Took less time than anticipated and the waiting area was very comfortable.

buying new rav4, good experience over all buying experience as painless as they can make it, everyone in the process had a good sense of urgency to get us on our way . my spouse brought a new Camry in 2017 also, and same great service.

Quick and Amazing Service!!!!! Went for an oil change early Saturday morning and was out within 30 minutes. The great customer service I received was suburb. James my adviser kept me informed even invited me to office party; had I not had to go into work myself I would have taken him up on that offer. Once I was finished he explained in grave detail what took place with my vehicle, his customer service skills were phenomenal. James P this review is for you, keep up the awesome work!!!!

Excellent service James Percus, an excellent service adviser, he is a cooperative person. My Highlander SUV had a bad rear wiper blade, James took a look at it and he told they will check it and will change it if needed. He was so friendly and helpful.
