Prius problem The warning lights on my 2008 Prius' dash display lit up, with the red triangle enclosing an explanation mark, and a car enclosing an exclamation mark. The owners manual stated to stop driving asap, call the dealer, get repairs. I had AAA tow it to Vandergriff where I had purchased it new. I'd never paid for any repairs on the very reliable car, just required maintenance. Its got 80K so I'm very satisfied with the Prius' reliability. Outstanding Customer Service - Radonna Gritten I drive 25 minutes to this Dealership to get my car serviced and repaired every 3-4 months. Radonna Gritten always provides me outstanding customer service. She doesn't try to add more repairs to get more money out of me as some service reps do. She lets me know exactly what is needed and what can wait. I really value her opinion about my vehicle. Afterall, it has 247,000 miles on it and she and her team keep me safe on the road!

Service & Repairs My car has 25k miles and I take my car into the shop for scheduled maintenance every 5k miles. I have always been pleased with the service provided by Bob Brett. My husband took my car in this week to have the tires rotated. Two service advisors approached my husband offering to assist him. He thanked the service advisors and informed them that his wife requested Bob Brett. Bob always provides excellent customer service, which can be challenging to find now days, he keeps me informed and if very personable.... read more

Call Nancy Goodwin Call Nancy Goodwin in service when you need you Toyota serviced. Ive dealt with Nancy on 2 cars now and wouldn't go to anyone else at another dealer. You get what you pay for at Vandergriff, value, and excellent customer service !!!!

SERVICES-ROBERT BROWN RADONNA GRITTEN WAS VERY GRACIOUS AND HELPFUL. My ONLY COMPLAINT: I CALLED AND ASKED FOR MY CAR TO BE WASHED AFTER THE SERVICE, BUT I DIDN'T SPEAK TO RADONNA, WHO WAS WITH ANOTHER CUSTOMER AND WHOMEVER I TALKED TO SAID "WE ALWAYS WASH THE CAR AFTER SERVICES ARE FINISHED." SO I ASSUMED MY CAR WAS WASHED, BUT IT HADN'T BEEN. I NOTICED IT HAD NOT BEEN DONE AFTER I GOT HOME WHICH IS 25 MINUTES AWAY. BUT RADONNA GRITTEN WAS VERY NICE. ROBERT BROWN-APPT. JANUARY 29, 9:30

John C Nancy the service writer and Ben the Technician are with out a doubt the two best people I have every worked with at a dealership. Very personable but more importantly did what was necessary to get my tundra fixed. Can't say enough good things about these folks. Thank you!
