Friendly, listen with eye contact,verify myproblem I have a 2007 Toyota Camry Hybrid which now has 160,000 plus a few more miles. Vandergriff Toyota has provided care for my Camry since 2007, I believe. I did not live in Arlington a time of purchase but moved to this area soon thereafter and Vandergriff has been caring for me and Miss Camry since. Vandergriff Toyota We purchased a 2015 Camry SE from Vandergriff Toyota. We had a positive experience from beginning to end. The sales and service departments are great. Ethan Lee helped us in the sales department. Taylor Roper set up the navigation system and computer system for us. Corey Copley assisted us in the service department.. We want to give them the highest overall rating.

Deborah Ray Corey Copley, Thank your entire staff for the service that I received on May 7, 2015. I am very happy with my purchase and did nor regret the 3 hour drive to get there. Alex got my business because He did what I ask of him and did not play games with me as that is not my way, NO games or pricing confusion. Tell your best price then the decision is mine. Nancy Goodwin - Service and Repair I'm not really sure how I can rate 5 stars after paying $1600 for my car repair, but it's not about the cost....it's about the service I received. I dropped my truck off and Nancy knows how I feel about spending money for a 12 year old vehicle, but she ALWAYS has compassion and understanding and tries her very best to make it as painless as possible. I will definitely be back because of Abe Suleiman Abe Suleiman was incredible... He made the whole experience go smoothly. He was the nicest salesperson I have ever dealt with. We got a great car (Prius 2015), an incredible deal, and walked away feeling great about the experience (not something most people say leaving a dealership). I will be definitely be back in the future.

tundra repairs, my 4 lo ,& trac off light began flashing as I was driving my truck to the store.I drove directly to Vandergriff Toyota&showed them the problem with the lights.They took my truck into the shop& in 30 minutes they had the pronlem resolved! Excellent service!

Nancy Goodwin takes great care of my Toyota! I have been a Vandergriff customer from owning an MR2 Spyder through my current 2010 Toyota Prius V. Nancy has become a friend based on the respect she has for my time and how well she has taken care of my cars. Even if she can't answer the phone, she returns my calls promptly. She is upbeat and positive, always thanks me for my business. You couldn't ask for a better rep to work with!
