Service I went to get my car serviced because there appeared to be an oil leak. The oil change had been done elsewhere and they spilled some on my skid plate. I was quoted an hour 30 minutes to an hour 45 minutes for the completion of service, I was out in an hour 30 minutes. I was very pleased with the time I was promised to have the service completed. Great Service! I needed to take my 4-Runner in for a zak-tek treatment last weekend. I called Nancy Goodwin whom I always contact for service issues. She was going to be out Saturday but arranged for one of her colleagues, William Hayes, to handle the appointment. William did a great job as I've come to expect from Vandergriff Toyota. My 4-Runner was taken care of promptly and the appearance was fabulous!

Very Knowledgeable Daniel was very knowledgeable about the Toyota Prius. I had been to a couple other places looking at used cars, but they didn't seem to know much about them. I really appreciated Daniel going over the features with me. We didn't end up buying from Vandergriff, but they were high on my list. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking for a used car.

Wouldn't go anywhere else. Nancy Goodwin is an excellent service advisor. The Service Department at Vandergriff is the best I've dealt with, knowledgeable, honest, does first-class work. This is my 3rd Toyota to be serviced there, and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else.
