unethical they sold a car to me first and then they sold it to somebody else overnight. They did not keep honer thier agreement. It is unethical.
Just a number I felt like I was just another number to the sales area. They go on and on about getting pricing in line and they can work out any deal. But I guess my budget amount wasn't something they wanted to work with! When I discussed my budget they pretty much brushed me off and sent me out the door!!
Awful!! Avoid this place. The salespeople sit in front of the dealership like buzzards perched on the fence waiting to pick the meat from your bones. Just another high pressure dealership where the salesperson has no authority to make a deal. The salesperson has to run back and forth to consult with the sales manager perched up in his ivory tower because he is above dealing face-to-face with the customer. Failure to Honor My Request Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington, TX were among a group of Toyota dealers selected for a response via email. I specifically asked that I not be telephoned in spite of my being required to enter my telephone number. Of course it would have been easy to find me in the phone directory. Asking someone not to phone you is a request that should be honored. If such a request is not honored, it is proof that the dealer has very little personal integrity and extremely sorry customer relations.
Don't ever buy a used car from this dealership!!! I bought a used Mazda 5 from Vandergriff, and on the way home from the dealership I stopped by the store to get some groceries. When I used the button on the key to unlock the doors, I noticed the rear passenger door would not unlock. I also noticed that the window button was broken, and it was just laying in the slot for that switch.
