Failure to Honor My Request Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington, TX were among a group of Toyota dealers selected for a response via email. I specifically asked that I not be telephoned in spite of my being required to enter my telephone number. Of course it would have been easy to find me in the phone directory. Asking someone not to phone you is a request that should be honored. If such a request is not honored, it is proof that the dealer has very little personal integrity and extremely sorry customer relations.
Don't ever buy a used car from this dealership!!! I bought a used Mazda 5 from Vandergriff, and on the way home from the dealership I stopped by the store to get some groceries. When I used the button on the key to unlock the doors, I noticed the rear passenger door would not unlock. I also noticed that the window button was broken, and it was just laying in the slot for that switch.
