Just Sad.... So my husband and I went into the Dealership Friday, before arrival we told the Salesmen that we are were already preapproved from a different lender....we basically had a blank check. The car we were there to see they had sold and decided to bring out a different car ( did not like it) After we found the one we liked the car was way overpriced (4200 OVER).. Not impressed I really really had high hopes when coming to Vandergriff Toyota. We had purchased a vehicle from Vandergriff Chevy years ago, and was a great experience. That is not what we got this time. First of all, I purchased a used 2014 Sienna and traded in Malibu. A month after purchasing, I went on line to check my bank statement and found that lein holder on the Malibu had taken out a payment the day before. HORRIBLE!!!!!! HORRIBLE!!!!! DEALERSHIP!!!!!!! VANDERGRIFF TOYOTA SOLD ME A LEMON CAR!!!! I AM FURIOUS!!! A WEEK AFTER I PURCHASED THIS TRASH, I BEGAN HAVING PROBLEMS!!!!..I WENT TO THE DEALERSHIP MANY TIMES COMPLAINING ABOUT DIFFERENT ISSUES!!! Horrible Service!!!!!!!!! Sales Manager Very rude!! I will never go their again! The saleman will knowingly sale you a none working car they don't care about their customers they just want commission. I bought a car from this dealer and supposedly they checked it before I left the lot when I got home the car kept cutting off leaving me with major problems the dealership wouldn't help me and stopped answering my calls please stay away from vandergriff Toyota!!! Choose wisely!!

bad experince at toyoya vandergriff at arligton tx i went to this dealership on 05/07/2014 to upgrade my nissan 2011 for used 2013 suv and the salesman was inexperienced and he was totally lost with all information i was asking for inf, he always said i dont know and change the price couples time, and the mgr ,martin is was so rude and he really he dont care is a bought the car even a was aprroved by my bank he want ME to refince with them.is a really poor customer svc,and them he call me at home and gave me another price an... read more

would give zero stars Me and my wife bought a car four months ago from the dealer. Service was slow and the facility was very dirty, especially the bathroom, paper everywhere. The car was running great until two weeks ago when the engine light came on. I finally got around and took it in to get checked. Turns out from the diagnostic the car needs a new transmission and a timing chain. Of course the warranty or the proteccion plan doesn't cover anything, so you can imagine how I feel. awful experience following sale. RUDE sales mgr The sales mgr Martin solely ruined our 2nd buying experience. After buying 2nd vehicle there, we noticed parking light out within 24 hours. He flat out refused to 'pay' for any necessary part right off the bat and was argumentative, arrogant and condescending to both my husband and I when we questioned him. worst buying expierence ever!!!!! horrible service I've purchased 3 cars in past two years at different dealerships. By far the worst experience I've ever had. First you drive up to 20 sales employees waiting for you to get out of car. First guy passed us on to another sales guy. Of course haggled with pricing and sales aggrement lies the whole time. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!!!! Horrible experience! Salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle and the sales management staff were some of the rudest and most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dealership!
