Horrible Service!!!!!!!!! Sales Manager Very rude!! I will never go their again! The saleman will knowingly sale you a none working car they don't care about their customers they just want commission. I bought a car from this dealer and supposedly they checked it before I left the lot when I got home the car kept cutting off leaving me with major problems the dealership wouldn't help me and stopped answering my calls please stay away from vandergriff Toyota!!! Choose wisely!!

would give zero stars Me and my wife bought a car four months ago from the dealer. Service was slow and the facility was very dirty, especially the bathroom, paper everywhere. The car was running great until two weeks ago when the engine light came on. I finally got around and took it in to get checked. Turns out from the diagnostic the car needs a new transmission and a timing chain. Of course the warranty or the proteccion plan doesn't cover anything, so you can imagine how I feel. awful experience following sale. RUDE sales mgr The sales mgr Martin solely ruined our 2nd buying experience. After buying 2nd vehicle there, we noticed parking light out within 24 hours. He flat out refused to 'pay' for any necessary part right off the bat and was argumentative, arrogant and condescending to both my husband and I when we questioned him. worst buying expierence ever!!!!! horrible service I've purchased 3 cars in past two years at different dealerships. By far the worst experience I've ever had. First you drive up to 20 sales employees waiting for you to get out of car. First guy passed us on to another sales guy. Of course haggled with pricing and sales aggrement lies the whole time. Avoid this dealership at all costs!!!!!!! Horrible experience! Salesman had no knowledge of the vehicle and the sales management staff were some of the rudest and most dishonest people I have ever dealt with. Save yourself the trouble and find a different dealership!

No service after the sale! I'm from out of state and purchased a used Corvette from Jim Wesbrooks at Vandergriff Toyota in October 2013. After I got home I discovered it was missing the tire inflator kit. I contacted Jim who sent me the empty box for it. After I contacted him again, he refused to make it right with me and eventually wouldn't answer my voice mails or emails. I ended up buying one myself. upset and upse.. The salesperson are not professional. They need to go back to 101 class. The manager nick name was "Joe" like trash guy. Asking for business card, he said no business car or run out. Their Boss invited me come to dealer and his workers like trash talk... I will report with their boss and search for apology...
