Very slow at the service waited 3 hrs wed oil chg Was there for service this afternoon skipped my work today 11.57 Am . The service manager came to my car @12.27 pm . I normally come for the service during weekend but you guys are so busy all the time so I decided to go on Wednesday guess what it took them to do just the oil change took 3 whole hours. Poor maintenance service Went in for a oil change and tire rotation,2 hours 45 min later paid for service ,oil was changed but tires not rotated as was stated in the completion invoice.

horrible service. I found a car at cars.com then i call this dealer to know if they still have this car in stock. They told me that car is still averrable. So i went for test drive. But when i reached their they told me, they are not finding the car. They are trying to hassel me to buy other car which is higher price tag.

Bad Service Department 12/23/15 It is 5:00 p.m. I just got home from this dealership service department, I arrived before 1:00 p.m. In September I had a regular oil change, got home and the dealership had left the oil cap off and there was oil splattered all over the engine. I had to take my car back up there the next morning. Two weeks later I finally got my car back. Not quite satisfactory I recently purchased a used vehicle from Vandergriff toyota in arlington tx and was very pleased with their staff and professionalism. However the vehicle they sold me the detailing job was horrific and the car was still dirty. Also this is the first car i have ever purchased where the dealership sold the car to me and only gave me 1/4 of a tank of gas when i left with the car. The staff is extremely nice but i was seriously upset with the purchase. I will never buy from them again.

Over priced tires The service man that helped me was great, but I do have a problem of the price that you charge to replace a tire. I only purchased the over priced tire from you all because of the lack of time that I had and did not have the time to go to Discount Tires. But you best believe I will never make this mistake again. Just Sad.... So my husband and I went into the Dealership Friday, before arrival we told the Salesmen that we are were already preapproved from a different lender....we basically had a blank check. The car we were there to see they had sold and decided to bring out a different car ( did not like it) After we found the one we liked the car was way overpriced (4200 OVER).. Not impressed I really really had high hopes when coming to Vandergriff Toyota. We had purchased a vehicle from Vandergriff Chevy years ago, and was a great experience.
