Unprofessional business Worst car shopping experience! This place is highly unprofessional. A car was bought from them and a week later they called back stating they wnated us to put more money down or they wanted the vehicle back. The finance department is unprofessional, has very bad costumer service skills, and overall do not know how to do their job. What professional establishment asks to get a vehicle a week after finalizing a deal? Stat away is my advise.

Leave Me Alone I've told Vandergriff Toyota that I've already bought a car and they continue to call and email me repeatedely. I've been contacted about a Rav4 three times in the past month after I told them I was no longer interested in buying a car.

Scammers Worst place to buy a used car. Scamming you that they put $2000 dollars into a used car that has no carpets or scratches up window tints. Even the financial depart will scam you for more money. Buyers beware. Even the sales manager Robert will make excuses and wont even give you a second key.
Technical support Sad thing I have my flat tire on the road on my 2015 sienna. No one in their services department could tell me how to remove spare tire.
Looking for a Tundra I sent an email to the dealership in reference to one of their vehicles listed on cars.com. The dealership responded, however they seemed to not really care about the pricing. In fact, vandergriff raised the price of the vehicle in their emailed response. I was shocked at how shady they are. Thanks but no thanks....I won’t do business with those people....ever.

Totally scam and rip off The finance person (David) have totally scammed me. I clearly say No to the MPP warranty and he still added anyways. When I checked my contract I brought it to his attention, he said, "Oh, don't worry I just play with the numbers, I reduce the sale price by 750 so I can put 750 on the MPP warranty" After 7 months of me calling them, they finally told me the truth. Total Fraud and Scammers, Dishonest people This Dealership in Arlington, Texas is a Total RIP-OFF of the customer. This is where i brought my car. They have charged me an extra money which i did not agree for. I agreed to pay 21,500 principal amount for my car 2017 Toyota and not an extra penny, they asked me to pay a down payment which i agreed, they have changed the down payment to Manufacturer payment. and the down payment of 1500 does not show in my actual account information. Car I had asked about hours earlier was gone The car I had inquired about was gone, not in the morning when I asked but an hour or so later when I showed up. Instead of telling me this right away I got a bit of a run around and then left to wander the lot. Finally found out the car was gone. Let them try and up sell me but then left perturbed.

Mickeymousedealership This has been the worst experience. Delivered the wrong car, had to go back to re-do the deal. Price jumped up 10k. Finally got things worked out, then they failed to cancel the Lo Jack appt. as I still don’t have my car. Supposed to be delivered today with options I paid for in the first place added.
