No service after the sale! I'm from out of state and purchased a used Corvette from Jim Wesbrooks at Vandergriff Toyota in October 2013. After I got home I discovered it was missing the tire inflator kit. I contacted Jim who sent me the empty box for it. After I contacted him again, he refused to make it right with me and eventually wouldn't answer my voice mails or emails. I ended up buying one myself. upset and upse.. The salesperson are not professional. They need to go back to 101 class. The manager nick name was "Joe" like trash guy. Asking for business card, he said no business car or run out. Their Boss invited me come to dealer and his workers like trash talk... I will report with their boss and search for apology...
Don't Waste Your Time Thank you Jim Wesbrooks for allowing me to drive 20 miles and selling the car I was coming to see before I got there. Cost me $8 in gas and 40 minutes of my life I will never get back. I told you I was on my way, the least you could have done is held the car until I got there. Poor buying experience I will start by saying I bought a Tundra truck from Vandergriff Toyota and Im very satisfied with the truck itself. DB from FTW Tx. After doing extensive research on an X Runner, I thought I finally found one here at a great price as listed on the site. Well.. you know what's coming next.. Too good to be true. The price changed in an instance and all I got from the Internet Sales manager was a load of this and that. I will not be buying from this dealership and will for sure let my friends know to stay away.!!

Will not honor prices My girlfriend and I came to the dealer on July 3rd and settled on a car and price with the salesman she applied for loan through Toyota but wasn't able to get approved we went to credit union on the 5th and got loan for the amount agreed upon and returned to dealership, spoke to same the same sales guy and he told us that the only way we could get the car was if we paid 2500 more than what was agreed upon 2 days prior. Shady financing and sales department, beware!!! Applied for a car loan and was approved, although neither the finance manager nor the sales lady would tell me what I was approved for. After multiple unanswered calls to the finance manager, I was pushed off to a pushy sales lady who treated me like I was bothering her when I would call to inquire. Discriminated I was discriminated by the sales person at this store. He asked me "do you want to finance a 100.000 miles car?" His body language was telling me "if you don't have money, why do you want to buy a car?". Also he was making assumptions that I did not have good credit for that. He was making big statement that I needed to have good credit to finance. He did not know my credit! He did not even know me at all!I got up and left. I could not stand with his attitude. I was there to buy a car not to be humiliated.
