Horrible Service I went to test drive a Toyota Highlander and the salesman did everything but allow me to driver the car. He told me I could not afford the one that I was looking at and suggested I buy a stripped down model and add the accessories that I wanted. Then he suggested that I lease a car and take my trade in to car max for a trade in since he said he would not give me anything for it. He did not even see my car. All this by just looking at me. Worse dealership ever and horrible customer servi Salesman and staffs were unprofessional, and they don’t care about the customers. I was treated very poorly there. Never again would I do business with them.

Terrible customer service experience Bought a used Tacoma. The price advertised online was not the price with the add ons. When we finished with financing, the salesman was nowhere to be found. The truck was pulled up, not filled up with gas, and only one key. They said they would mail my plates but they didn't.

oil change/Luis Vallero pretty poor service, I made a appt. for 2:30 on Nov.14th 2017 .got in there early ,around 2:20 and was told it shouldn't be long,well after a hour and half they finally got the oil changed, they were busy ,but, having a appointment you would think they would move a bit faster. Next time we come back,if we do,we won't bother making a appt. !!

poor service The amount of interest shown during the purchase was not shown when I had some questions regarding my car... no one answers the call and replies to messages.. I am not sure what's the purpose you people giving me your phone numbers or visiting cards if you all wish to not answer

Bad customer service Tried looking at vehicles 2 differant times. Both times they said vehicle was on lot and can come by and look at it by both the sales person and internet managers. Went to look at it and was told that there was a glitch in their system and they did not have the vehicle. But they could find me something similar.

Bad experience with this dealership the sales man Kirby Jackson before delivering the car gave only one key . Next I found the basic accessories are missing in the car Third while I checked the registered address , the title clerk messed up the address. I followed up many time with the sales person , and title clerk they behaved as if they have no role to play Very poor experience , i don't expect this from a big dealer like this .

Customer I have previously worked with Nancy Goodwin since purchasing the car at the dealership several years ago. She always gave me excellent service. I called yesterday to make an appointment for 12:30 for a routine oil change & 32 point inspection. I sat quite a while (perhaps 10 minutes) in the garage before anyone came to begin the process. Toyota Salesman ethics To: Jackie Martin I was not happy with my buying of a 2017 TUNDRA, I was kind of force to buy the vehicle after my husband call and told them we did not want the vehicle, they took it upon themselves to delivered the vehicle in my driveway, blocking my husband vehicle so that he could not drive his car out and the vehicle (TUNDRA) did not have what we wanted.
