Terrific Experience My husband and I had a terrific experience with Vandergriff Toyota. Everyone there was so nice. Jeff Yoon was our salesman and he was wonderful!! We appreciated the fact that he really took his time with us and made sure we felt comfortable with every decision throughout the car buying process. I highly recommend Jeff and Vandergriff Toyota!

Great place My sale was Jim wesbrooks... overall it was good ... we had a problem finding the truck. So it was a long wait before I was able to see the vehicle.But my salesmen was able to locate it and the process move fast after that and it was good.

An amazing experience Compared to Vandergriff Honda which has become like a shady used car place, Vandergriff Toyota is the most friendly and professional place I and my wife have ever bought a car from. Dealing with Jessica and Mo who really know their stuff and who treat you like a family was awesome. "Shack" was great with the paperwork and made it so smooth. Excellent Sales experience Very pleased with customer service. Jeff Yoon, our salesman was incredibly good to us. I have bought cars for numerous years and have not experienced anything like how Jeff treated us. He is very professional, and is an honest man unlike all other salesmen who just try to sneak their way through selling you a car at your loss. Everyone else in the process was pleasant to work with as well. Facilities are clean. Highly recommended. Toyota hosts a new owner event I think annually, great after care.

Great Experience We sure do like our Service Advisor, Ryan Parker, and the extra special care and attention he gives to us and our car! Ryan is very knowledgeable and explains every detail of the maintenance performed on our car. Issues get taken care of the first time!

2016 Tacoma factory recall I had a factory recall on my 2016 Tacoma concerning the rear diff leaking. First I want to point out that my service advisor Jonathon Cortez did a great job and also along with the dealership, Vandergriff Toyota in Arlington, Texas. However I am disappointed in with the whole situation concerning the time frame which this took.
