Already returned it Apparently the technology used for this no ink printer is not exact so you need a lot of extra time to play with your design and change it to make it print the way you want it to look. We did not have that kind of time and returned the printer.
Stay away Poor and limited Support,no app if you are located outside of usa...eg south africa
Get up to date Brother! Impossible to get working with Windows 11. Could not get it to work!

Not happy It’s ok it’s not wat expected, it’s not wat I was hoping for
Hopeless office decoration Have tried to get it working on laptop via wifi and usb for over 30 hours with no success. AN ABSOLUTE WASTE OF MONEY The Worse Label printer Ive ever had. Ive had it a year and tried to install the software 15 times it just doent work. I managed to connect my phone to the printer but this printer is rubbish and does not do a very good job. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY

Very poorly engineered Teriible drivers and UX, just like all their products. Can't get AirPrint to work at all. Never buy a Brother printer

Impossible to get working Got it working for two labels via usb cord, but could not get working since. have tried via wifi - can connect to printer to wifi but wont print. No longer prints via USB. have reinstalled several times on different computers. now is no better than an expensive paperweight. No proper error messages to assist fix it, just intalls fine and does not print. Big disappointment

Dissatisfied ! 1/5 It's a shame I didn't read the reviews beforehand...isn't that what they are there for? I purchased the printer and labels. The machine looked like it printed fantastic photos and "cards" as one was put in the slot. When you actually print colour stuff it's not the same quality as the one in the machine at the time of purchase. Given the option I would ask for a refund.
