Do not buy The setup of this printer is annoyingly frustrating, the print quality is beyond poor and it's the biggest waste of money I've ever spent. Originally I was able to do black and white printing with some success now the printer puts white lines down the middle of everything I print. Unless you're after an expensive paperweight don't buy this

No computer app! I was looking forward to using this--till I got it.... does print great but brother does NOT provide a computer based software that is up to date for use with this and their support will not help you at all and simply tells you to use the mobile app. I DO NOT want to use mobile app, I want to use the computer.

Poor Performance Not practical and always having technical issues. Creating new labels using existing photos was much harder than expected.

VC 500W Very limited, it shouldn’t be called label printer because you can’t even print labels to be readable and visible enough Big mistake I purchased this product

Not a well thought out machine Dont buy to make candle labels. The heat in candle jar turns the label a different color. Set up with android app is Horrible, spent hours trying to sync the two together, no luck.. and tech support was no help either. Sending it all back, the setup nightmare scared me enough to send back to Brother
Terrible Software I have been trying for 2 months, since purchase to get this thing connected to my network. No problem with 2 other Brother Printers and Scanners but the software for this one is terrible.
