Absolutely would not recommend I signed the documents for my solar panels in July. The installation was to include a new roof. I repeatedly contacted Venture for updates on when the roof would be installed over the next several months, as the current roof was in need of repairs. I was consistently told that they were working on obtaining the roofing permit. Venture did not get the roofing permit until the end of December. I had to pay for separate repairs in the meantime. Energy costs not as promised

Bills not as promised Sales rep promised us that our electric bill would drop below $20 per month. First 6 months have been far in excess and our bills are constantly higher. Venture solar has been no help at this time.

I would never recommend venture seller to anybody I recommend that you go with the worst company on the site versus venture company. They have been stringing me along for over a month just because they didn’t even have the right cables when they first came to install my panels. That’s not my fault that they didn’t have the right cables now today I got and it’s raining so I understand that but they pushed me out two weeks just because today it’s raining.

Would not recommend I chose Venture solar because the sales rep reassured me of all of my concerns and said everything was done in house with no subcontractors. The job was put off three times and when they finally showed they had the wrong layout plan, no critter guard and no trim which was discussed many times with them. The electrician then screwed the pole all the way up my house into my siding and then realized he put it in the wrong place and had to move it leaving many holes in my siding. Poor customer service Solar venture paperless to be a decent company, but completely blew me off. The sales rep who seemed like a pretty good guy was ranting and raving about how great their customer service is. So after shooing around, I decided to go forward with the company and set up an appointment for their engineer to come out and inspect the property. Disappointment I decided to go with Venture Solar, despite a lower bid for the same system, because their sales person was exceptional, they promised not to use subcontractors, their system communicated independent of my home network, and all conduit and wiring would be run internally. After signing the contract it was radio silence; my emails, text, voicemails, and calls were unanswered. Finally, I pushed a customer serve hard for a call back. Beware of underperforming solar. During Venture Solar sales pitch, they mentioned that they are the best and uses the best solar panel instead of the ones used by their competitors. They have also mentioned that they are very conservatives and underestimate the productions so that clients are never short. Based on their reviews, we decided to go with Venture over other providers. Solar power panels installation for residential Just got the system installed, system so far okay, however, service and communication is poor. Never believe what they promise you, they do not keep up promises, nothing but embracement. Not recommended at all.
