My order was missing the side purlins to attach siding to on my 24 by 36 foot garage, and I attempted to call Collierville. They have an automated phone attendant, and no one answers their phone calls--just leave messages on recorders. A secondary salesman called me 2x and my primary salesman still didn't return the calls. I finally gave up, and am completing my horizontal wall supports out of wood. I won't do business with a company that won't communicate with me.
ordered a building begining of feburary.still havent seen it.must pony express their stuff.
