Great staff community... (Verified Renter) Great staff community is good and proximity to a max line was a plus. Parking was sometimes difficult and i know its not the norm but an elevator for the 2nd and 3rd floors would be a nice addition. Part of the reason we decided to purchase sooner rather than later and move was because parking was inconvenient and the stairs started aggravating an old injury. This is something we would face in most appartments in this area though.
I liked living... (Verified Renter) I liked living there because they were new apartments with nice design/layouts. Close to the max line and grocery stores. For that time in my life, especially when I was commuting to work downtown, the apartment was perfect. I also appreciated that the rent never went up drastically during my stay.
