Frauds who survive off of the money they owe their subcontractors. Oh, and they punish you if you try to protect yourself legally. A lawsuit is correctly being built against them - don’t use.

The owners wife, Sharon, called me the day before our appointment to ask if we lived in a mobile home. When I told her yes, she then asked if I knew that pools start at $65,000 and she wanted to make sure we knew that since we lived in a mobile home. She was very distasteful and judgmental. Needless to say, I am thankful she showed me who they are as people/a company so that they didn’t receive our business. I hope no one ever has to feel the way I did when we got off the phone.

It's hard to post this but, we worked with River Pools of Nashville/Knoxville back in 2023, we did many projects for Peter Mill and he owes us around $50k in projects, we did many attempts in trying to contact him and also management at River Pools with Mr. Llaneza but we got no response whatsoever, as subs we always gave our everything to ensure the customer had something good to say about River Pools but Mr. Mill apparently didn't value that and still decided to scam us. For all upcoming sub contractors, be aware of this ... read more

We hired Boscoe’s Pools to repair a leak at the top of our sand filter. They completed the work without providing a clear price upfront, then billed us $495. Unfortunately, the repair did not fix the issue—the leak is still present. When we contacted them to follow up, we were told it would cost an additional $225 to come back out, even though it is the same unresolved problem. The response we received was also unexpectedly accusatory rather than focused on resolving the issue. Paying for a repair that didn't fix the probl... read more

I have had nothing but issues since starting the process building with Pinnacle Pools and Spas. The gunite was leaking, the deck raised so much that they had to completely tear it up and redo it. Then the waterfall started leaking. They had to replace the waterfall, a leak in the skimmer, a leak in the gunite and close off the vacuum line that they couldn’t ever fix. Then about 6 months after the “reconstruction and repairs” the waterfall started leaking again. I emailed warranty and they supposedly fixed it. Then 3 months l... read more

Called Worthey Aquatics for an emergency pool cleanup with family coming into town. They said Monday. Didn’t show. Followed up—pushed to Tuesday. Tuesday—rescheduled to Wednesday. Wednesday—no show, no call, no text. At that point, it’s clear “emergency service” doesn’t mean urgency. I held off fixing it myself because I trusted their word. Big mistake. Now it’s Thursday, my family is here, and my pool still isn’t ready. If you value communication or reliability, I’d look elsewhere.
