once the pool is built, they wash their hands. unable to contact them. poor customer service!!
Daniel lied, stating that my pool leaks were repaired. Within 6 months I learned, not only did he miss one of the biggest leaks, but he repaired the leaks with epoxy. Now stating that he told me that I needed further repairs. He has no proof of telling me this, yet he claims he did. Why would I not comply with needed repairs if I was told? I’m not stupid, but he must think women are. Show me documents Daniel, you have none. Stay away from this scammer who will not back up his work.
We hired Mr. Pool to replace our pool liner, and unfortunately, the workmanship was very poor. During installation, there was an incident where a worker fell, leaving a noticeable imprint in the liner. Additionally, the cutouts for the jets and intake were made before the pool was filled, which resulted in significant wrinkling throughout the liner. We had Allied come out on 5/4 to see our backyard and give us a quote. We got several emails the following few days asking for a property survey, which we sent on 5/10. On 5/15, we got a very weird email from their client experience coordinator asking about our decision process and saying they’ve tried to make sure we have everything we need to make a decision. installed new liner with wrinkles. promised to fix the problem. came back emptied the pool and made the liner worse. put the hose in and left. brand new liner ruined. I contacted a attorney and he said don't waste your time these guys have a lot of people filing for restitution.
Final product was good and price was competitive. Scheduling is very weak, customer service is worse. Practice of collecting final payment before completing needs to be reconsidered.
Recommendedwill not show up to finish job after getting paid, would not recommend
They are withholding my husband's final check illegally.
