Over charge people and don’t fully diagnose the real problem, at least with my pool. They charge you way too much to install a salt cell that takes 2 mins to install so no telling what more they overcharge for.
We selected Premier Pools & Spas Fort Myers for our pool project and have been extremely disappointed with our experience. Our project remains incomplete, and we have experienced significant delays, poor communication, and concerns regarding workmanship. My pool is only 18 months old and it’s not what was advertised Cameron will tell you everything you want to hear but the subs he hires are the cheapest they can find . And the issues we have ( if I could post pictures I would ) with the poor workmanship was solved If I pay for it “the don’t really warranty the concrete “ is exactly what I was told. Beware of this company. We bought our house in 2019 and felt so lucky because the previous owner had this company build our pool in 2018. We were wrong. It’s only 8 years old and has a huge crack running almost the entire length of the pool. Unfortunately, we didn’t read the fine print on the warranty and it did not transfer to us when we bought the house. I am not sure who the company was the other reviewers worked with but I sure wish those people had shown up at our job! This is not a company you should use Not working on improving your backyard. We contracted with them in in March 2022 to put a cement patio and a nice pool in. It was a very expensive process that we screamed and saved for because it was really important to us that it was done correct correctly. This pool and patio cost us almost 6 figures. Do not use this company if you want a clean pool. Also, if you complain, the repairman gets easily offended. He tried to start a fight with me on my back patio. Awful experience!
