I have a slight leak in my above ground pool. I can hear and see it. I called Juliano’s, who installed it in 2019, to come out to check it. The lady who I talked to quoted me $1000 for a leak check. I questioned why the cost was so high, especially cuz I knew where it was, and she said that they needed to pressurize it to find the leak. How do you pressurize a liner? After a few more questions she really couldn’t answer, she then said they wouldn’t even change the liner that they installed.
RecommendedAvoid at all cost!! They did a pool for my neighbors. I witnessed them destroy everything they touched. They had elementary age children doing the irrigation and plumbing work. My poor neighbors have been through a nightmare with this company. The neighbors on the other side they ran over his ac unit and refused to pay for it. They installed sod over already established grass on my side. cant open my gate and they refuse to come fix it. Ill be adding additional information as this plays out. takes forever to reply and for a estimate, and never show up
The technician came out to do a basic cleaning and service manage to disconnect the waste line from the pool and then proceeded to flood my shop having an inch of standing water on the floor. damaging furnishings, spraying on tools that I had to spend a lot of time to make sure they weren't permanently damaged, and ruining several hundred dollars worth of wood. and then instead of coming and saying anything to to anyone latest packed up their stuff and left, I only found it when I saw them pulling out the drive and went to g... read more
Just an okay experience. Main issue was with the pavers. They are sooo uneven all of the time. They keep giving me excuses as to why. Every time they’ve come to fix them they have completely damaged the holes for the pool fence and chipped additional pavers. I also had an issue with my pool light turning brown three months after installation. It took until the brown stain leaked onto the wall of my pool for them to come look at it. DO NOT RECOMMEND showed up late for an appointment and was supposed to receive a quote that afternoon… well that was about a week ago. saved me though because yelp reviews are even worse. so glad i trusted my gut and decided not to go with them as soon as i met Jorge who had the personality of a rock. yelp shows permanently closed too… thats for the best!
asonable price Where do I start? Not a turn key operation. Once completed, I had to clean up all the construction mess at the bottom of the pool. Took me weeks. Took them a year to finally fix a leak. At first I was told it was evaporation. 6 inches a day. Liner had wrinkles in it due to leaking. communication not the best with the service department. Wont return calls and found out my pool liner replacement was delayed through a text message with no explanation.
Allied Backyard Solutions has been extremely disappointing to work with. Communication is poor, and getting in touch with anyone is a challenge. When you are able to reach Brant Bloem, he says he will return your call but never follows through. Most of the time, you’re sent to voicemail, and messages are rarely—if ever—returned.
