Salesmen are cheating I bought a 2014 Avalon from this dealer at July 21. Because the salesman didn't want me shopping around with other dealers, they said, if I signed purchase contract at that day, they will give $500 bonus check. By today, it has been a month passed. I ask many times for the check. They gave me many different reasons to push the things back. I really feel be cheated. I am going to report this cheating to BBB.
Overcharged for service work. Told it would amount to more hours than required and charged for hours not required. Service Manager doesn't care. The sevice at this dealership has gone down hill. They don't need my service.
I have been a loyal Toyota owner for over 20 years and only done business with this dealership. I will tell you the service I received to buy a new car was unacceptable as there was no negotiation on price and had my 2011 running out back to leave,. I was shocked by this,. I went to the Honda dealer and ended up with a brand new SuV the same day due to the exceptional level of customer service I received. I will no longer be a loyal Toyota owner.
I am appalled by the lack of integrity and honesty, and the apparent contempt that the old mills sales manager has for his customers. I hope that all old mill Toyota customers do their due diligence on any vehicle you consider purchasing from old mill Toyota, or better yet, go to a dealer with integrity and sound and ethical business practices. We started our relationship with Patrick, a sales associate at old mill Toyota, who had told me about a vehicle that came back to the dealership from previous customers who's financin... read more
My check engine light came on so I took it in for service. When I bought the car in 2010 (at Toyota's lowest point in sales) I also purchased their top of the line extended warranty which is supposed to cover the car bumper to bumper NO MATTER WHAT. Turns out of course that the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on (of course). Supposedly, a mouse chewed through a sensor wire which was the cause of the problem. NOT covered since it was not a parts defect even though I was told by the manager that "this happens all... read more
Dan Briggs wanted to sell me a solara, and when we test drove it he tried to tell me how to drive! Like he's not the DMV! And he lied about what price he could give us, he gave us a price for a V5 instead of a V4, which it was and it was much less at book value than he was selling it, and he was just an overall jerk.
Michelle was friendly but not very knowledgable about cars. When introduced to Keith (the manager) and asking specific car questions, his response to me was, "This shouldn't be that difficult." My intention was to pay cash upfront for a vehicle that day with no financing. When putting out that kind of money I expect to get respect, help, and a friendly attitude. What I got were condescending remarks that turned me off. I will not return to that dealership and will let everyone I know what my experience was.
Charged me >$264.00 for a replacement remote key for my Prius and then after the work is "done"they tell me that they can't cut the key that is part of it. No discount offered, just a "we don't have the machine to cut the key". If I had been told before I had the wirk done I would heve taken my money, as I am going to do in all future cases to one of the other Toyota dealers in the area. Worst dealing I have ever had with any Toyota dealership.
After dealing with them for 2 days on a Sequoia they sold it right out from under me and lied to the couple who bought it. The used car manager told me the car was listed at $25k, we dealt from close of business Saturday through Monday morning, (closed on Sunday) they informed me the car had been sold on Monday. I come to find out they sold it from an internet inquiry who had it listed for $28k. Of course since they could make another $3k of the car why bother selling it to us. No call back, no nothing. I guess it's true wha... read more
