Worst service I have ever experienced with servicing my car. The only positive thing I can say about my experience with this dealership is the salesman Terry. He was great! When I took my car back for oil change I had an appointment and 2 1/2 hours later my car was done!! They said one of my tires had a nail and was not repairable and wanted to charge me 250.00 for a new tire. That was false! I went to TO Haas and they repaired the tire. Will never go back! Most Dishonest Dealer Worst dealer experience. Please avoid this dealer at any cost. I am quite appalled at their lack of integrity, incompetence, and unprofessionalism. Even after negotiating everything upfront, they made me wait more than 5 hrs at the dealership to get to the document guy who had no clue about how to do the contract and then botched up the documentation and was asked to work with another guy to get the paperwork handled. 18% interest Told me my interest would be 18%. Didn't say anything about credit, didn't offer any alternatives, nothing. Just said it would be 18% interest. Do they try to screw all customers like this?
Worst sale and finance services This place has the worst dealer in the word. I went there a couple of days ago to get a new 2016 Toyota Rav4 limited, we agreed with the price which was $28.000 and decided to pay my trade in $3.500. Then we went to see the sale manager to get the paperwork done. All the history change there. On the sale agreement document, I found out the car price was $30.000. I then asked why? The screwed me! If I could give this company zero stars I would! The buying experience was not terrible. It was a very long process but again not bad. Its the after sales service that is ridiculous. Village Pointe sold me a piece of junk. I bought a 2012 BMW X5 with low miles from them the end of December. Not even 60 days later I was having engine issues. Straight A's all around! This is a great dealership. I shopped around and it was no comparison between Village Pointe Toyota and the rest. Michael Blazek provided me with a fantastic car-buying experience. I would highly recommend a Toyota and this dealership and this salesperson to ANYONE in the market for a vehicle. From my first inquiry two months ago to driving my new car off the lot - the entire process was P E R F E C T!!!!!!!!!!

Poor Service Experience I took my car in for an oil change and inspection. As part of this, the services they were going to perform were: • Oil and Filter Change • Perform 5,000 mile recommended service interval • Service Wash • Multi Point Inspection I left the vehicle with them for 29 hours, which should have given them ample time to complete these tasks. That is called the bait and switch...stay away Ordered (thought we did) a Highlander from them, after several months of being told production hasn't started we contacted toyota customer service. We find out they never ordered the car but we stuck with them, and gave them the chance to make it right. Finally, we get told that is it starting production and will arrive in 2 weeks and they 'offer' it to us at a higher price than we originally agreed. Horrible. Don't Trust These People. Do not trust these people at all. I have very serious questions about the integrity of this company. I brought in my vehicle that has ~33,000 miles on it, nearly all of which were driven on the highway (i.e. not overly demanding on the brakes). I had a few brake lights on and wanted to make sure everything was ok.
