Service manager and GM need lessons in customer service. I had a recall on my Toyota Rav4, called Brandon in service and he stated it would take about 3 hours. Terrible service I took my car in on Monday because the check engine light came on. The engine code is so mysterious, no one can figure out what's wrong with the vehicle. They thought it could be bad fuel. They drained my full tank of fuel to find it had excess moisture, but they explained that it is common for that to happen because it is corn based fuel. Told me they had been in contact with Toyota to troubleshoot and Toyota could only offer suggestions of how to proceed as they don't know what the code means either. Next ... read more
Worst experience ever!!! Spend time to drive all the way to Village Point Toyoya (reside right by Baxter Toyota). Was reffered by a family member. Was really disappointed about the management, Corina business sales manager. Came in ready to buy, new exactly what i want, did not test drive a vehicle, was a sitting duck. Good not excellent Our experience could have been better. After our decision to buy the Highlander it took another 4 hours to complete the paper work. Also when we picked the car up three days later the interior wasn't as clean as we had expected.

Amazing salesman, but the fun ended there. For someone who once held a six-figure student loan debt and is still above the $80k mark, leveraging myself further by financing/buying a new car is kind of a big deal. It’s a slightly scary, nerve-wracking commitment that would have Dave Ramsey rolling over in his future grave. Provided with Incorrect Parts - Horrible Service I ordered one wheel stud and two PCV valves for my truck. They provided me with four wheel studs and only one PCV valve... I was explicit and redundant over the phone when ordering the one stud and the two valves. Incidentally, I was slightly disappointed when I drove thirty minutes to find that they had failed to provide me the correct parts and had wasted my time. Positive experience Jose was a great sales associate. We felt pressured to purchase the service agreements which was uncomfortable. The tire on the vehicle we test drove was low so maybe need more attention to detail.

Sales Manager (Jake) needs customer service training Went to buy a Camry and the sales person Don G was great, but when he brought Jake the sales manager, it changed my opinion about the whole dealership. Jake’s customer service skill is zero to none and he treated us like a second class citizen & thought we cannot afford the car. Rather than explaining things, his answer was a yes or no. People expect and deserve better service when spending that kind of money.
15 Highlander SALESMENS Tony and Bret great. Could have been faster process but Finance department rude, pressurizing & made a long ordeal. Felt like leaving with old vehicle.
