Fantastic place to live! The new management team is superb! They’re so accommodating and are ‘here’ for their residents! Anytime I need something, they help me out providing a home like feel! I know I wouldn’t get this anywhere else! Maintenance team is also great! Anytime I have an issue it’s fixed same day!

Great Location My mother loves living here! The office staff is always so nice and takes care of her issues.
A wonderful place to call home The management here are awesome! There always so welcoming and kind with being helpful with whatever questions you may have. I'm very happy living here and it's also very safe. The unit is very clean and cozy. It's a great place to live and it makes you feel right at home.

Villas at Waterchase These apartments are multi dimensional for single living and family oriented. A new dog park brings residents together and their furry family members. They host picnics for their residents and the main building always has refreshments and drinks. The staff is courteous, caring and efficient. The maintenance staff answers calls quickly. We picked a great apartment for our first one! Me and my daughter and fiancé moved to these apartments as our first place together and we are very pleased! To start, the girls at the office are always so accommodating and polite. And there is maintenance (bug extermination, lawn grooming, painting, etc.) being done frequently to keep up with the appearance of the complex which is very comforting. A GREAT spot for the price! I moved in here just a year ago, the complex has been through many changes... we now have a dog park and a great pool area! The new owners seem to really be making the place well worth the money! The neighbors are quiet and the area is very close to shopping, food, and nightlife type bars. I would refer friends to live here!
