Problems with Product/Service I have a leaking roof. The water is dripping in to my bedroom. I put in a maintenance request for it to be fix Friday 2/12/2021. They haven't fixed it yet, I called on Monday and **** in the ********* office said it will be fixed today. But they never came.
Problems with Product/Service NO HEAT every time it gets cold out. Worker sent but will not fix. WE ARE FREEZING. He stick thermostat in vent and says it is heat in the vent. HELP! I am reaching out. Problems with Product/Service Stay far away Initially placed a maintenance order on 2/7/2021 due to my heating going out. A tech arrived a few hours later and of course could not fix the issue. We were given two small spaces heaters that were suppose to suffice a two level, four bedroom home in 20 degree weather. Problems with Product/Service Rental property has basic fundamental flaws the company is slow to correct and the company is very non-responsive to messages left re: these issues.
