Problems with Product/Service Gas company came to home on 5/21/2021 about 9:30 p.m. . They determine that I had a big gas leak and turned off the gas. Contacted emergency maintenance. They came out the next day around 2 p.m. and did absolutely nothing. Laying around outside my home on the grass eating and talking. I have videos and pictures. Advertising/Sales Issues I have resided in my home for over 15 years and VineBrook Homes has a client that recently purchased the home. VineBrook homes have harassed me and attempting to illegally evicted me. They deny me assist when then lock me out of the portal to pay my rent. Problems with Product/Service I filled out an online maintenance request in April about my AC not working, it was a problem last year as well but they replaced the fan and added free-on but now the thermostat doesn't recognize the temperature i set it for and will run continuously barely producing any cold air. Problems with Product/Service I paid a deposit and first month's rent to a property manager and then was told that the home would be managed by another company. My lease was to begin 1 week after this transfer on April 30, 2021. I have been in contact with several people from both management companies and have yet to get the keys and/or take possession of the property.
Billing/Collection Issues I moved in this house in December 2020 signed the lease on 11/29/20 My daughter and I did a walk through in this house on 11/27/20 This issue is water leaking in the basement.
