Guarantee/Warranty Issues We have been living in a Vine Brook property since 2017. We have asked vinebrook to fix the mold issue in our bathroom for about 3 years not just temporarily fix it but permanently fix it and they have yet to do so. We also have issues with our air conditioner every year and each year they're not fixing it they are just rigging it so it can work briefly. Problems with Product/Service I submitted a work order for my HVAC unit at the end of May. I had to sit all weekend in a home that registered over 90 degrees. The technician came out and at first stated that he did not know how to fix the issue and he did not know when a contractor could come out. He left and then came back and said he may have a work around. he closed out my work order. Now it is June 12th and my air is out yet again. My home is 91 degrees inside as I write this complaint. Problems with Product/Service At move in date of December 15th 2019 the rental agent agreed to repair or replace the kitchen and laundry room flooring which was damaged by the prior tenants. We were also told some defective doorknobs would be replaced. At time of move in we discovered either of these items were repaired or replaced. Several repair orders were placed to Vinebrook Homes during the first year if tenancy. Guarantee/Warranty Issues Absolute Worst Property Management Company I have Ever dealt with in my life. Ever since moving in my Vinebrook Home Rental, I've had nothing but maintenance problems and this house is unlivable. I've reported Maintenance issues multiple times and they were fixed incorrectly or unresolved altogether where the company refuses to correct it. Problems with Product/Service I'm a mom with 6 children and I have literally been putting a work order in every single day for two weeks straight be because we are not able to use the tub or the toilet! A maintenance man came out and shut the water off in the bathroom and removed the knob off the tub and never came back. Problems with Product/Service I've reached out to Vinebrook Homes Multiple times through email & I've submitted sooo many work orders. It's about to be a month in and yet I haven't received a response. Problems with Product/Service My husband & I seen an ad for a 3br 2ba. We paid the application fee and submitted the application. We got an email stating we was approved. We was told it would be $1718.00 to move in. I bought 2 money orders for $1000 & $718 and met the property manager at the property on 6/4/21 to view the property. Billing/Collection Issues Me and my family moved in may 1st 2021 . Billing/Collection Issues I have been contacting vinebrook homes for the last 21 days about my ac unit not working. Someone came out when I filed the initial report, but did not come in because he heard a dog barking. We set up for him to come back the next day and I have had no contact since. It has been sitting at 80 degrees in my home for the last week, I have two children that are getting nosebleeds from how hot it is. When I call trying to get an update I get hung up on.
