Billing/Collection Issues I am a professional that is leasing a house with Vinebrook Homes, as I am searching for the home I will purchase in the future. Billing/Collection Issues For over a year now and going into the second year of this problem, the so called central air unit has a leak in the freon and all the company continues to do is come and refill the freon for it to run out 3 weeks later! My wife has put in numerous work orders and yes people have come out to address the situation, sometimes it's refilled and others it is not. Problems with Product/Service In March we had a issues with at leaking toilet so I had to manually shut the water valve off in between uses and a work order was placed. Our bathroom was serviced on 4/16 by a Vinebrook Tech, so our toilet was placed in the bathtub for almost a month. As a result the water usage was down. Then the contractor came to service the bathroom on 5/13. After the toilet was reinstalled you can see the tremendous jump in water usage due to the continuously running toilet. Billing/Collection Issues I signed a lease with vinebrook homes on may 28 2020. They kept half of my deposit for painting, a toilet seat, and a drip pan. What is a drip pan anyways? I'm not sure about the toilet seat either. Also It does not say in my lease that I'm responsible for painting the walls when I move out just no damages which there wasn't any. Advertising/Sales Issues I moved into an *************** properties in May 2018, and in March 2021, Vinebrook Homes took over. I made two payments to them, which included my last month's rent because I gave them my 30 day notice. Vinebrook Homes kept my $950.00 deposit. Problems with Product/Service On April 21,2021 A tree feel fell onto the top of my house from their property breaking part of my fence as well as landing on top of the roof of my home. And is still there over a month later. I have made numerous calls to Vinebrook and have yet to receive a return call back or an email. Problems with Product/Service Gas company came to home on 5/21/2021 about 9:30 p.m. . They determine that I had a big gas leak and turned off the gas. Contacted emergency maintenance.
