Problems with Product/Service I moved in to Vinebrook Homes on 3/18/2021. Since moving in I have had to contact them twice for plumbing issues only to find out the standing water etc in my basement is RAW SEWAGE! On top of that the foundation around the house is causing leaks into the basement that they claim they are not responsible for. Billing/Collection Issues I have been living in my current home for almost 6 years now, and never had so many issues until VineBrook Homes purchased my rental property to manage. It has been 2 months since I contacted them about my floor flooding due to a broken water heater. Problems with Product/Service Vine Brooks homes bought out my current company I rented from, which is conrex property Management. I took pictures before I moved in with conrex due to no walk in with a property manager due to covid. Billing/Collection Issues At the beginning of March 2021, we reached out to Vinebrook Homes to notify them of water damage on the ceiling of one of our bedrooms. The next day a maintenance worker came out and assessed the damage and informed us he would need to get a roofing contractor out to fix the roof, we were initially very happy with the timely response. Problems with Product/Service My air has been out for almost a month and no one has fixed it. I have a son with asthma and cant get overheated. It's too hot to be without air. Advertising/Sales Issues I am being held responsible to pay for days after my lease agreement and will not be occupying the residence. On March 15th I reached out to the retention specialist to discuss me vacating the property due to my lease being expired and mold growth on the carpet and having a newborn. Billing/Collection Issues I rented a house from Vinebrook Homes moved in on March 20thand moved our March 20th. The house is infested with Bedbugs. I have 22 month old daughter and I list most of my belongings due to the infestation. I am now homeless and have gotten no response or resolution from vinebrook homes. Problems with Product/Service I have been running a property from them for almost 2 years. Within those two years there have been many issues within this house the property it's self. Advertising/Sales Issues Another problem with Vinebrook. Problems with the property are not being addressed in a timely manner is and now the rent payment problem. I've put in a few requests about issues with the problems that were temporarily patched and nothing else has happened which there are several problems.
