Billing/Collection Issues I rented a house from Vinebrook Homes moved in on March 20thand moved our March 20th. The house is infested with Bedbugs. I have 22 month old daughter and I list most of my belongings due to the infestation. I am now homeless and have gotten no response or resolution from vinebrook homes. Problems with Product/Service I have been running a property from them for almost 2 years. Within those two years there have been many issues within this house the property it's self. My issue is once you put in a request for maintenance to come out there have been many of occasions where they have not shown up and when I called my cases have been closed without any type of contact. Advertising/Sales Issues Another problem with Vinebrook. Problems with the property are not being addressed in a timely manner is and now the rent payment problem. I've put in a few requests about issues with the problems that were temporarily patched and nothing else has happened which there are several problems. Also the rent system was down on 3/1/21 and I was not able to make a payment. I made the payment on 3/2/21 and it went thru money was deducted from my account. Billing/Collection Issues I sold my home off market to this company. They made it seem as if they were there to help home owners who need to sell fast. Therefore I sold my home at a discounted rate. They promised me a smooth process and I trusted them. Months later I get a $600 bill because they never switch the gas in their name therefore charging me for a property I didn't own. Problems with Product/Service I have a leaking roof. The water is dripping in to my bedroom. I put in a maintenance request for it to be fix Friday 2/12/2021. They haven't fixed it yet, I called on Monday and **** in the ********* office said it will be fixed today. But they never came.
Problems with Product/Service NO HEAT every time it gets cold out. Worker sent but will not fix. WE ARE FREEZING. He stick thermostat in vent and says it is heat in the vent. HELP! I am reaching out. Problems with Product/Service Stay far away Initially placed a maintenance order on 2/7/2021 due to my heating going out. A tech arrived a few hours later and of course could not fix the issue. We were given two small spaces heaters that were suppose to suffice a two level, four bedroom home in 20 degree weather. Problems with Product/Service Rental property has basic fundamental flaws the company is slow to correct and the company is very non-responsive to messages left re: these issues.
