Problems with Product/Service I filled out an online maintenance request in April about my AC not working, it was a problem last year as well but they replaced the fan and added free-on but now the thermostat doesn't recognize the temperature i set it for and will run continuously barely producing any cold air. Problems with Product/Service I paid a deposit and first month's rent to a property manager and then was told that the home would be managed by another company. My lease was to begin 1 week after this transfer on April 30, 2021. I have been in contact with several people from both management companies and have yet to get the keys and/or take possession of the property.
Billing/Collection Issues I moved in this house in December 2020 signed the lease on 11/29/20 My daughter and I did a walk through in this house on 11/27/20 This issue is water leaking in the basement. Problems with Product/Service My previous rental company (CONREX) was taken over by Vinebrook Homes, my lease will expire around July 20, 2021, I have sent multiple emails stating that I will be moving, they sent me a form to fill out stating when I was moving and everything. Billing/Collection Issues I applied for several rental homes here in ****** **** that Vinebrook offered. There website allows a rental lease applicant to set up an account with a lot of sensitive personal information. Once you fill out an application, they require the tenant to pay for the security background check ($60), which only needs to be done once. Advertising/Sales Issues I was told my rent would be $1200 until my lease expires and after that it will be month to month at $1410. I signed paper work with that information. For the month of may I was charged $1200 x 2 which she $2400 and I cannot get anyone to answer my phone calls and e-mails
Problems with Product/Service I had no choice in becoming their customers. We were renting a house owned by another leasing agency who sold our home to Vinebrook in the middle of our lease. 1.
