The service department at Volvo Cars Cape Cod never disappoints. Both the service manager and my service rep Andrea are attentive and responsive. I've had some warranty issues in the past year and they have been completely resolved with professionalism. I'm satisfied!
It was nice to see Rich back in Service. Not sure if his presence was what is contributed to my feelings but It seems there was less tension on this visit and just seemed the staff was less stressed even though the service department seemed busy. So happy things seem to be going well.
Really great service. Only one problem. Booked appt at 1:00. Was told I would get car back by 3:00 or so. Have trouble driving in dark and rain. Car quite late in getting done. Kind of stressful. Next time I would book appt in morning to avoid this kind of problem. Other than that, service was perfect, as always.

My experience was terrific. I wanted to do business on the Cape vs off Cape. Mike Mullen was wonderful to work with and made sure to explain any new item and it’s workings before we drove off. Mr. Dumas had us in and out with financial papers in no time.

I had a serious problem with my car that took 23 days to remedy. The Service manager and staff were extremely helpful and kept me up to date on the progress of the repair.

Service was excellent ! I brought my car in for a few minor cosmetic issues and a check engine light that was also a very minor problem. When I arrived, Andrea had a loner car warmed up and running at the front door . Brian called to keep me up to date on the work process and everything was repaired expertly in short order. All at no charge.
