Staff is professional,respectful, and courteous during these difficult times. They did their best to get our vehicle repaired and returned as quickly as possible.

No pressure sales staff made for a great shopping experience . Mike Mullen the sales rep that we dealt with was as patient as he was knowledgeable about specific needs in a vehicle . The finance department was as painless and quick as one could possibly expect . The one service that was needed was handled the same day as requested and was performed very quickly . Premier Volvo made purchasing and owning a Volvo pleasant and a quality experience.
Mark made the experience very smooth. Everything was transparent. I would recommend volvo cars of cape cod and the premier group to anyone thinking of getting a new or used volvo on the cape.

We have been bringing our two Volvos to Premier Volvo for the 6 years that we have lived on the Cape. The service and attention to detail is very much appreciated. We originally bought our first Volvo in 1995 because of the excellent reputation the car had at the time. Over the years, the quality and service has continued to improve.
All issues fixed as requested. Splendid service department (Andrea has been super helpful and attentive): very easy on line scheduling too, plus a comfortable waiting area, even in the time of Covid). We appreciate it that the car was washed and Vacuumed after the service.
