We have been dealing with Cape Cod Volvo for a number of years (3 different cars) and they have provided consistently excellent service. Our present Volvo (a plug in hybrid XC60) is a gem, and they have been right on the mark in helping us adjust to this new style of vehicle.
As always Andrea is a complete professional. Always kind and courteous. I was disappointed with the loaner vehicle. I know they are busy but it had a very funky smell and leftover trash in it. Luckily I don’t have a nut allergy because there were peanuts in the driver door. I don’t blame the office staff I am always shocked about how others treat items that are not theirs.
Good service. Andrea was great and explained service well. As always the place was cleaner than clean. Ran into Derek Nickerson who is the salesman I bought the car from. Had a chat about buying new car for my wife in next few months.
Problem connecting software update with the Volvo server but during the whole process the dealership kept me informed and with a loaner car. Well done.
The service department at Volvo Cars Cape Cod never disappoints. Both the service manager and my service rep Andrea are attentive and responsive. I've had some warranty issues in the past year and they have been completely resolved with professionalism. I'm satisfied!
It was nice to see Rich back in Service. Not sure if his presence was what is contributed to my feelings but It seems there was less tension on this visit and just seemed the staff was less stressed even though the service department seemed busy. So happy things seem to be going well.
Really great service. Only one problem. Booked appt at 1:00. Was told I would get car back by 3:00 or so. Have trouble driving in dark and rain. Car quite late in getting done. Kind of stressful. Next time I would book appt in morning to avoid this kind of problem. Other than that, service was perfect, as always.
