Salesman great, finance guy not so much. Ethan was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive.....even after the sale. The “closing” with the finance guy turned out to be nothing but a hard press to sell extended warantees. After his lengthy presentation I said “thanks but I’m not interested. His reply was “why”. Not a perfect ending to what had been a pleasant experience at Volvo Cars Cape Cod.

Great Experience Overall! We had a great experience at Volvo Cape Cod. They explained everything clearly, were well organized and everyone was very friendly. I loved the fact that it didn't constantly feel like they are trying to upsell you like at most other car dealerships.

Emergency Car Service We were driving back to NJ and needed something fixed on our car before we drove home that day. They were very very accommodating and fixed the problem quickly! Awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had emergency issue with 2005 Volvo on vacation I was on vacation in Truro and my car had what sounded like a serious front end problem. I had it towed to Volvo of Cape Cod on a Friday, and they took care of it so I could pick the car up Sunday for the drive home to Boston area. Bryan was my service rep, I never met him, it was all done over the phone. He was prompt, incredibly helpful and accommodating.
