Great Experience Overall! We had a great experience at Volvo Cape Cod. They explained everything clearly, were well organized and everyone was very friendly. I loved the fact that it didn't constantly feel like they are trying to upsell you like at most other car dealerships.

Emergency Car Service We were driving back to NJ and needed something fixed on our car before we drove home that day. They were very very accommodating and fixed the problem quickly! Awesome service! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Had emergency issue with 2005 Volvo on vacation I was on vacation in Truro and my car had what sounded like a serious front end problem. I had it towed to Volvo of Cape Cod on a Friday, and they took care of it so I could pick the car up Sunday for the drive home to Boston area. Bryan was my service rep, I never met him, it was all done over the phone. He was prompt, incredibly helpful and accommodating. bright clean dealership, efficient experience I stopped in to Volvo of Cape Cod to look at some of the certified pre owned inventory and ended up having a great experience with Derek Nickerson, he made it quick and painless to test drive and buy one of the cars on the lot.
